Design your life


The following exercise is designed to create a positive frame of mind and to help you to visualise your life the way you want it to be.

Read the following list of keywords slowly. 
For each keyword write down a list of positive words or statements associated with that word.
Tune in to how each keyword makes you feel when associated with the positive descriptors.
For each word visualise yourself having, doing or being that way.  See, feel, touch, hear and smell.

e.g. Garden – fun, fruit trees, swimming pool, green lawn, sun, family games, bbq’s.

Review your list and repeat the visualisation several times a day to begin with. Eventually you will be able to tune into the feelings at will and you will begin to manifest the life that you visualise.
