2012... Same again?

Happy New Year!

I’ve heard so many people saying that this is going to be their year. How about you; is it going to be the year that things change for the better in your life?  

Let me ask you a question…

Is what you are currently doing moving you closer to being who you want to be, having what you want to have and spending more time doing the things you want to do, with the people that you want to do them with?  

If not, you need to do something different; otherwise 2012 will end with you being in the same position as you ended 2011.

Every person I know craves just two things to achieve their perfect life style: money to pay for things and time freedom to actually do the things they want to do.

In life, very few achieve this. It’s not that we can’t or that it’s impossible. It really boils down to what vehicle you choose to create passive income (income received on a regular basis, with little effort required to maintain it). All time and money wealthy people (about 3% of the population) derive passive income from their business, investments or property.

Occasionally a vehicle emerges which ticks all the boxes. This is not something to replace you current income generating activity but one to bolt on – as a Plan B – to what you already have.

A Plan B is vital today. We just cannot put all our eggs in one basket. Companies are going out of business and downsizing. Jobs are being lost. Would it not be wise to have another income option up and running?
